1. Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- New and unused
- Unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all protective inserts and tags intact
2. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs
There are no restocking fees ($0).
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Sparrow Verse covers the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label.
- For standard returns due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the actual return postage cost.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@sparrowverse.shop with your order number, item name, and reason for the return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and ship it using a trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing Timeframe
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 days after the return is approved, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@sparrowverse.shop and provide a clear photo of the item and details of the issue.
We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or full refund according to your preference.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please return the current item according to our return policy. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.
